Sales of DJ Multicam Editor are not open yet. This document is published so that customers and our payment provider can review it. It will be completed and re-dated before sales open. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

2. Scope

These terms apply to purchases of a DJ Multicam Editor license on this website. By placing an order you accept these terms, the license agreement and the digital delivery terms in the version shown at the time of your order. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

3. The product

What you buy: a digital software license for DJ Multicam Editor, a desktop application for Windows and macOS. No physical goods are shipped.
What it does: it syncs your camera recordings to a master audio recording, creates an automatic multicam edit, and exports an editable Adobe Premiere Pro XML, a low-resolution check preview and a results report. Video analysis runs on your computer.
System requirements: published on the download page with each release. Please check them before you buy.
Other software: Adobe Premiere Pro is needed to open the exported XML and render the final video. It is not included and is licensed separately by Adobe.
Not included: Podcast Multicam Editor, Highlights / Carousel Editor, Standalone Sync and any other separate products we may release.

4. Price

$129.95 USD, one-time payment. There is no subscription and no renewal fee.
The price includes lifetime access to DJ Multicam Editor and all of its future updates, including future major versions of DJ Multicam Editor.
The exact amount and currency to be charged are shown on the payment page before you confirm the payment. How taxes are presented for your country is confirmed in these terms before sales open.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by iyzico on its secure hosted payment page. You enter your card details there, not on this website or in the desktop app. We never see or store your full card number.
Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment, for example with 3-D Secure.
If you are unsure whether a payment went through, do not pay again for the same order. Check your account or contact us.

6. Order and confirmation

You sign in, review the product, price and these terms, and start checkout.
We create your order and send you to iyzico's payment page.
After payment, our server checks the result directly with iyzico. Your order is confirmed only when the payment has been verified there. Returning to our website from the payment page is not a confirmation on its own.
If the result cannot be confirmed right away, your order is shown as pending while we check it. You will not receive a second license or a second charge for the same order because of a repeated confirmation.
When the payment is verified, we confirm the order in your account and by email.

7. Delivery

Your license is delivered right after the payment is verified: it appears in your account and is sent to you by email. Details are in our digital delivery terms.

8. Right of withdrawal for digital content

DJ Multicam Editor is digital content that is supplied right after purchase. Before you pay, we ask you to expressly agree that delivery of the license begins immediately and to acknowledge that, where applicable law allows, you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

Where the law that applies to you gives you a right of withdrawal that cannot be lost in this way, that right is not affected. Our refund policy explains how refund requests are handled.

9. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you, including your rights if the software is faulty or does not match its description.

10. Updates and support

Future updates of DJ Multicam Editor are provided without additional payment through the download page. Support is provided by email at yunus@tunelco.com. See the help centre for setup and workflow guidance.

11. Governing information

The governing law, the competent courts or consumer arbitration bodies, and the remaining company details required for sales will be completed in this document before sales open.
