Pre-launch version

Sales of DJ Multicam Editor are not open yet. This document is published so that customers and our payment provider can review it. It will be completed and re-dated before sales open. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

1. What you receive

Your DJ Multicam Editor license key, linked to your account.
An order confirmation by email.
Access to the Windows and macOS installers and the Instruction PDF on the download page.

2. When and where it is delivered

Delivery starts immediately after our server has verified your payment with iyzico, our payment provider. Your license then appears on your account page, and we send it to the email address of your account.

If the payment result cannot be confirmed right away, your order is shown as pending and the license is delivered as soon as the payment is verified. You do not need to pay again.

3. If the email does not arrive

Your license does not depend on the email. If the email is delayed or cannot be delivered, the license remains available in your account, and we retry sending the email. Delivery problems never create a second license or a second charge.

4. What to do if you have not received your license

Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Multicam Editor.
Sign in to your account with the email address you used at checkout and open your licenses.
If the order is still shown as pending, wait a few minutes and reload the page. Do not pay again.
If you still cannot find your license, email yunus@tunelco.com with your order number. Do not include payment card details.

5. Updates

Future updates of DJ Multicam Editor are included in your license and are published on the download page.

6. Right of withdrawal

Because delivery starts immediately, we ask for your express consent to immediate delivery before you pay. See section 8 of the terms of sale and our refund policy.
