Pre-launch version

Sales of DJ Multicam Editor are not open yet. This document is published so that customers and our payment provider can review it. It will be completed and re-dated before sales open. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

2. Your footage stays on your computer

DJ Multicam Editor analyses and edits your video and audio locally on your computer. Your footage and audio are not uploaded to us. The desktop app connects to our servers for license activation, license refresh and deactivation, and does not send your footage or audio when it does. The data involved is described below.

3. What we collect

Account

Your email address, used to sign in with one-time codes, and your name if you provide it.

Orders and payments

The billing details you give at checkout, such as name, address and country.
Order and payment references from iyzico, the payment result and the amount and currency paid. We never receive or store your card number or security code; you enter them only on iyzico's payment page.

Licenses and devices

Your license and its status.
For each activated computer: the device name, platform (Windows or macOS), app version, activation and last check-in dates, and a hashed device identifier. The identifier is hashed so that we can recognise the computer without storing the original value.

Security

IP addresses and request details in server logs and for rate limiting, to protect sign-in, checkout and the license service against abuse.
For signed-in sessions: the IP address and browser information of the session, to keep your account secure.

Emails you send us

The content of support and other emails, and any files you choose to attach.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use only essential cookies that keep you signed in and protect your session. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this website today. If we plan to add them, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

5. Why we use your data

To provide what you asked for (performance of a contract): your account, orders, license delivery, activation, updates and support.
To meet legal obligations: for example keeping order and payment records for tax and accounting.
For legitimate interests: keeping the website, payments and the license service secure, preventing fraud and misuse of license keys, and answering your enquiries.
With your consent, where the law requires it. We do not send marketing emails today.

6. Who processes data for us

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run this service:

Vercel: website and server hosting.
Our managed database provider: storage of account, order and license records.
Our email delivery provider: sign-in codes, order confirmations and license delivery emails.
iyzico: payment processing. iyzico processes your card data under its own responsibility and privacy notice.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, for example to tax authorities. We do not sell personal data.

7. International transfers

Our hosting and some service providers may store or process data outside Türkiye and outside your country. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards required by the applicable data protection law.

8. How long we keep data

Order, payment and invoicing records: as long as tax and commercial law require.
Account, license and device records: while your license is active, and afterwards as long as needed to handle reactivation, disputes and fraud prevention.
Security logs: for a short period, unless they are needed to investigate an incident.
Support emails: as long as needed to answer and follow up on your request.

9. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
have incorrect data corrected;
have data deleted, unless we must keep it by law;
object to or restrict certain uses of your data;
withdraw a consent you have given, at any time.

To exercise these rights, email yunus@tunelco.com from the address linked to your account, or tell us how we can confirm your identity. We do not ask for your password or license key.

Where the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) applies, you have the rights listed in its article 11. Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, you have the rights it grants. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country, such as the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) in Türkiye.

10. Security

We protect data with encrypted connections, access control and separation of test and production systems. License keys are stored in protected form. No system is completely secure, so please keep your sign-in email account safe.

11. Children

This website and DJ Multicam Editor are not directed at children.

12. Changes

We will update this policy when our services or legal requirements change, and show the new version date at the top of this page. Related documents: terms of sale and license agreement.
