License agreement · Multicam Editor

Pre-launch version

Sales of DJ Multicam Editor are not open yet. This document is published so that customers and our payment provider can review it. It will be completed and re-dated before sales open. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

1. Parties

This agreement is between you, the buyer of a license, and TÜNEL GÖRSEL AJANS LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“we”), the seller of DJ Multicam Editor. Our contact details are in the terms of sale.

2. What your license includes

A perpetual (lifetime), non-exclusive license to install and use DJ Multicam Editor on your activated computers.
All future updates of DJ Multicam Editor, including future major versions, without additional payment. There is no subscription and no renewal fee.
The license does not include separate products, such as Podcast Multicam Editor, Highlights / Carousel Editor, Standalone Sync, even if they share the Multicam Editor name or technology.

3. Your footage and your results

Video analysis runs locally on your computer. Your footage and audio are not uploaded to us to create an edit.
Creating an account, paying and activating or refreshing a license use the internet and send the limited data described in our privacy policy.
We claim no rights to your footage, your audio or the edits and files you create. You are responsible for having the rights to the material you edit and publish, including the music in a DJ set.

4. Activation and devices

The app must be activated with your license key before use. Activation needs an internet connection.
The computers you activate are listed in your account, where you can remove them.
The number of computers that can be active at the same time will be published before sales open and will be shown before you buy.

5. Offline use and license refresh

After activation, the app stores an activation certificate on your computer. The certificate is refreshed online from time to time, and the app tells you when it needs to connect. Editing work in progress, your project files and your exported files are never deleted or locked by a license check.

6. What you may not do

Share your license key or let others use your activations.
Transfer, resell, rent or sublicense your license without our prior written consent.
Remove, bypass or tamper with activation or license checks.
Reverse engineer the software, except where the law expressly allows it.

7. Revocation

When a refund is completed or a payment is reversed through a chargeback, the license is revoked and its activated computers are deactivated. Files you have already created remain yours. We may also end the license if the terms of this agreement are seriously breached, as far as the applicable law allows.

8. Third-party components

DJ Multicam Editor includes third-party software components. Their license notices are published with each release.

9. Warranty and liability

We develop DJ Multicam Editor with care and work to fix reported defects in updates. Automatic editing depends on your footage, so we cannot promise that every automatic decision will match your taste. Always review the result before you publish it.
Keep backups of your original recordings. The app reads them but does not change them.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or missed deadlines. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under the applicable law.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Adobe and Premiere Pro are trademarks of Adobe. Multicam Editor is not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe. Windows is a trademark of Microsoft, and macOS is a trademark of Apple.
